Inscriptions: inlaid in brass on the keyboard cover with geometrical and floral decoration and imperial eagle: JOH: AST / NEUE WIEDEN No 715 / BÜRGER IN WIEN; black painted on the soundboard: Johann Ast / bürgl. Forte Piano Fabrikant / IN WIEN
